Companies who participated in the HRvalue Report™ survey have the option to be included in the HRvalue Champions list™ if they achieved the required rating*.
* A rating of ≥3.5 (out of 5) on the question ‘Rate HR’s service delivery in the past 12 months’ and/or ‘To what extent has HR contributed towards the objectives and performance of the business over the past 12 months’ is required.
If the participating client also invited HR to complete the survey, HR’s results will not be included to calculate the required score.
