Liezel combined her passion for making a difference in HR departments and businesses, with her 24 years hands-on HR and business experience and understanding of HR’s value-adding role and challenges to develop a tool to help Executives and HR globally to obtain analytics and gain insights to shift the mindset and contribution of leaders and HR about people management and the role of HR.
In her roles as HR consultant and manager in organisations (9 yrs), and as HR and business consultant for HCBS (17 yrs), she worked closely in and for listed companies, and with HR and business executives/managers in and from different countries and various industries. She has experience in a range of business and HR strategies, customised solutions and projects.
She is an Advisory Board member of the Department of HR and Industrial Psychology at the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences at the University of Pretoria, and an Advisory member of the HR Think Tank.
Liezel has a Master’s Degree in Commerce (HR and Industrial Psychology), and is a registered Master HR Practitioner and Mentor with the SABPP, a registered NLP Practitioner, certified Strengths Strategies Specialist and member of the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa.
